Summer travelers will enjoy jet skiing, water skiing, and fishing on the water, as well as hiking, biking, and golfing on land. In the winter, do some sledding, tubing, or snowshoeing at Camp Richardson or Adventure Mountain. And of course, for world-class downhill skiing and boarding, make your way to Heavenly Mountain Resort, a short eight miles away, or Squaw Valley, 39 miles away.
Get cozy inside in the winter with a warming wood stove, cable and DVR service, and HBO, Showtime, and Netflix streaming. There's a 43-inch 4K Smart TV with a DVR in the living room, a 43-inch 4K Smart TV in the master bedroom, and a 42-inch HDTV in the second bedroom. Use the free WiFi to look for directions, and in the summer, hang out on the deck while you read a book, sip on a beverage, and bask in your lovely forested surroundings. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
