- The private community amenities are available for a fee with tenant cards. Each tenant card provides access to one individual (ages 3+) per day. The access fee is $24/person/day ages 7+, $10/person/day ages 3+. Children under 3 do not need a card. There is limited access to amenities for STR guests during peak periods. 8 cards will be provided
- During fire season (August-mid-November), if the air quality is worse than 100 AQI the day before your scheduled visit, you are eligible for a full refund or date transfer
- Your safety matters. This property features an exterior camera located at the front door, facing the driveway. The camera does not look into any interior spaces
