This spacious newly built luxury home with beautiful mountain views is located in the North Upper Truckee neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe. This tastefully furnished five bedroom property features a great room with vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace, fully appointed gourmet kitchen, a game loft, and radiant heat throughout. The spacious deck with a gas grill is accessed from the great room. The master bedroom features a fireplace and walk in closet and the master ensuite features a soaker tub, shower with rain head and jets and double sinks. The Upstairs guest bedroom has a private entrance to the upstairs bathroom. The lower level family room also has a fireplace and access to the private hot tub. It leads to the three bedrooms there. There are a 65 inch HDTV in the family room and a 55 inch HDTV in the great room, with HDTV, cable and internet. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). You will be required to either check in to our office in person to sign paperwork and provide ID - no exceptions due to Sherriff office requirements.
Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub between 10 PM and 8 AM per ordinance. *Children under the age of 5 are not included in occupancy calculation.
