The living room offers a large flat screen 4K TV with access to Netflix and Premium television channels, leather sofas, and the large deck overlooks a pleasant park-like setting with a view of the mountaintops. Perfect for the kids to play or dog walks in the Summer time! Two of the bedrooms even have decks leading out to this area. The Master bedroom features a King bed and flat screen TV. The Second bedroom has a King bed, as well as a bunk bed with 2 Twins, flat screen TV, vanity with sink, and private deck. The Third bedroom has a Queen bed, as well as a bunk bed with 2 Twins, flat screen TV, and private deck. The Villa De Los Pinos complex is located on the Red Line shuttle and walking distance to the Vons shopping center, restaurants, movie theatre, Mammoth Creek park and playground, walking trails, Starbucks and even the new bowling alley complete with golf simulator. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The condo comes with two outdoor parking spaces, is pet-friendly (only 1 pet allowed, dogs only), and sleeps a maximum of 8 people. Guests will be provided two parking passes.
