Nestled in the mountains and pines, this 3bd, 2 bath home is right on the Trinity River where you can enjoy swimming(beach towels available) fishing, rafting, tubing or kayaking.
Your own private boat launch is right on the property, and ready for you to catch some Salmon or Steelhead and a BBQ for you to prepare it or anything else your heart desires.
The area also has great “rides” for motorcycling, because of it’s natural beauty, and it’s very quiet and peaceful.
Look out on the river from the large patio with party lights and sun shade, or the fire ring with friends or family on the Adirondack chairs. (note: please be aware of no fires during high fire season. Thanks!)

The home features a large great room with a fireplace and a 55” TV and is equipped with Cable and WIFI. Master also has a 55” TV.

Master bedroom features a deluxe queen and ensuite. Second bedroom also has a deluxe queen. #rd bedroom has 2 full beds and all have large closets for your storage needs. 2 with queen beds, 1 with 2 full beds with room for a aero bed also.
