This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1,500 Sq. ft. first-floor condo is in the pristine gated community of Mountain Cove In Indian Wells. Adjacent to Indian Wells Country Club and surrounded by the spectacular Santa Rosa Mountains, which are lit-up at night, this ground level condo is tastefully decorated with tile throughout and steps away from a beautiful pool. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of this private cove with plentiful fruit trees and large, grassy areas. There are sliders that lead out to 3 patios surrounding the condo with serene mountain and garden views.
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, sliding door with private patio, 32-inch flat screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom.
The guest bedroom has a king-size bed and a optional roll-away bed, with a shared en-suite/guest bathroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked,and has an oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher and separate laundry room.
The living room has a Room & Board Couch with a comfortable Queen sleeper. The living/dining room is very open with two sliding doors that go out to the patios with gorgeous views. There is a gas fireplace and 60-inch HD satellite TV, with HBO, Cinemax, Starz, sports channels, etc. Wireleless high-speed internet provided, along with free calling anywhere in the USA.
There is plenty of parking just outside the condo.
The Golf Resort at Indian Wells (with its two spectacular new courses) is a mile away, with the amenities of the Hyatt Grand Champions and Renaissance Esmeralda resort hotels. You can practically walk to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, home to the BNP Paribas Open in March. Dozens of golf courses are available within 1/2 hour. Palm Desert's El Paseo shopping district is 10 minutes away and Palm Springs Airport is a 20-minute drive. Minutes away from world class golf, tennis, dinning, hiking, etc!! Why stay anywhere else?
We are only one mile from the Coachella and Stagecoach shuttle stops at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden & Hyatt Grand Champion Hotel.
