This listing is for 2 separate houses. Each with a bathroom a kitchen, and a laundry room. They are located on the same piece of property and usually they are rented out separately. The upper home- This is a cozy Mid Century Modern home with mostly original character and details. Two bedrooms, one with a King and the other with a Queen and Full. A remodeled bathroom with walk in shower. The kitchen is open to the small living and dining room.
The lower home- This is a bright and modern remodeled historical building once used for fruit packing. It has a large open Living room and kitchen space with cathedral ceilings and windows to the top! The kitchen is beautiful with a large quartz topped island with 4 stools. There is also a dining table that can be moved from the wall where it sits and the leaves raised to accommodate 4. This home has a pullout Full couch. The bathroom is fresh and clean with a walk in shower and a towel warmer. The bedroom has a King bed, a large TV, a desk and a small clothes wardrobe. Up stairs (a ladder) are 2 twin beds in an open loft.
The Hot Tub- the hot tub is located between both homes, on the upper level of the property. Surrounded by woods and a privacy fence this hot tub seats 6 comfortably. There is constant road noise from Highway 80 fyi.
The entire property is wonderful to explore or enjoy nature, although the traffic on Highway 80 is constant and the noise is a downer for some guests fyi. Others relate it to the sound of the ocean!
