Access: It's important to note that during months when the water level is low, accessing the houseboat involves navigating two sets of stairs. If you're comfortable with 50 steps and can safely manage your luggage, kids, and/or pets, you're good to go.

Connectivity: An important thing to remember - and something we unfortunately have no power over - is that Wifi is not available due to levee and Oscha requirements. The silver lining? The cell service is excellent for hotspots, providing an alternative means of staying connected.
