The upper level is adorned with a small private deck to the right of the home and a large deck overlooking the waterfront. A private hot tub is available to soak under the stars. Due to South Lake Tahoe regulation a 30 day minimum stay is required.
Boat Dock will not be available until After July 15, 2022 due to Water Treatment in the Tahoe Keys Neighborhood. No Boating allowed during this time.
