The Writer unit is 3.5 bedroom + den, 2.5 bathroom, sleeps 12 (16 max). This unit is pet friendly and is adorable with mountain/bear decor. It is located on Ute DR on the west end of Donner Lake. It is on a flat mostly sunny lot and within a few blocks walking distance to West End beach. As you enter the house on to the middle landing you will find 2 sets of stairs one leading up to the main level and one leading down to the bottom level. The Main level has the kitchen, dining area, living room with queen sofa sleeper, bathroom, and laundry room. There is also a Master Bedroom with a king size bed, private full bathroom, and sliding glass doors that lead to the private front deck. The upper level has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a sliding glass door with access to the large upper level back deck. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, TV den, and game room. The first bed room has a double bed as well as a double over double bunk bed. This room has a sliding glass door to lower back deck, 2 closets and a mini TV. The second bedroom has 2 double beds side by side, a closet and a sliding glass door leading out to the lower back deck. There is a small TV den outside of the bedrooms with a double futon. Also downstairs is a Game room that has 55" projection TV, double sofa sleeper, double futon, and 2 chairs. There is also a full bathroom downstairs. Next to game room is a door with access to the 1 car garage. This is a summer and winter vacation rental. This unit rents with a 3 night minimum in the high Summer season. Our units do not have sheets, pillow cases, or towels included in the rental, guests are requested to bring their own. However, we do offer linen rental service with 72 hrs notice before arrival: sheets, pillow cases, and towels at a onetime fee of $10 per person. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am.
