Landlord pays for water, Internet, Satellite TV, garbage, and landscaping. Home has separate PG&E meter which is due by tenant each month upon receipt. Paradise Pools maintains pool and pool cleaning services will be passed along to tenant each month. There is no separate meter for gas so 25% of gas bill will be charged to tenant each month.
