Summary:
Spring has sprung, and the flowers are blooming in Savannah! -The 320 West Park Inn was originally completed in 1886 by a wealthy cotton and shipping merchant, who built the home for his two daughters. The two-story historic property was restored and modernized in 2019 during which our company turned this beautiful structure into four separate apartments –Two on the main floor, and two on the upper floor.

The Space:
Each unit has two bedrooms with a queen size bed, one bath, fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living/ dining area, and private porch (Sun deck or screened porch)

If you are staying in either of the bottom units you will have access to a private screened in back porch and enclosed private courtyard, and if you’re staying in either of the upper units, you have a private sun deck to catch some of Savannah’s glorious rays, or relax on your private shaded front veranda. Each one of our four units are accessed through two sets of dueling French doors off of the front porch into the shared foyer, where each unit has a private entrance.

This beautiful structure is full of original details combined with modern design features. Throughout the space, the commitment to preserve the past is evident. We are located in the Historic District of Savannah, within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, art galleries, squares and park. The neighborhood has nationally recognized historic houses and Spanish moss filled tree-lined streets, with a coffee shop, restaurants and a small grocery store less than block and half away.

We are located a block and half from Savannah’s famed Forsyth Park (the one with the fountain), perfect for strolls and picnics. You'll be walking distance to local coffee shops, boutiques, a 5 min. drive to downtown eateries, or dine in our fully equipped kitchen (there is a boutique grocery within walking distance as well as a Kroger)!

We do welcome those families traveling with pets (see special stipulations) Dog owners will love the inn’s proximity to the Forsyth Park.

Each one of the inn’s four spacious suites is perfect for families or small groups. Each suite can easily accommodate up to six guests. Each of the suite's light-filled two bedrooms have a comfortable queen-size bed. If you have extra guests, each unit has a brand-new auto-inflate airbed (with linens) that can accommodate up to two additional guests. The dining table and breakfast bar can sit up to 6 guests. The suites are all pretty identical in size and furnishings, except the lower units have the cream-colored couches, and the upper units have the green velvet sitting couches.

Each suite has central heating and air, historic non-functioning fireplace, SMART TV (bring your own streaming login), towels & linens, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal: appliances, cookware and dishes. We provide coffee and several kinds of tea, as well as creamer and sugar for your use. We also have a washer and dryer, making the place perfect for long or short term stays.
Each apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay and comes with clean linens, plenty of towels, two rolls of tissue and one roll of paper towels in the kitchen.

One tandem (one car parked behind your other, if you came with two) parking spot comes with the unit. The parking is located on the back sand lot behind the inn. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit that you are welcome to use. There is also tons of street parking directly in front of the unit!

We clean using UVC + OZONE which eliminates 99.9% of viruses, bacteria, mites, and parasites!

Great care has been taken to accentuate the original craftsmanship while attending to the needs of modern life. The large windows creates a welcoming allure of light in different combinations throughout the day making 320 West Park Inn ideal for entertaining or just relaxing with a book.

Built in 1868, this historic property was home to the same family over the past century before falling into disrepair around 2002. Restoration began in 2019 and the 320 West Park Inn was completed in 2019. The exterior sides, covered with heart pine siding (which requires continuous paining due to the humidity, but historical accuracy is important!). The original vintage pine was reclaimed from the roof and sides to be used for the interior construction. The flying buttresses, sun decks and front verandas were reconstructed from historic photographs. About 50% of the hand-blown glass window panes were replaced with restoration glass, the surviving windows were restored where possible. They are not able to be opened due to safety and minimizing wear and tear of the levered window systems.

The interior of each suite was designed to flow upward and outward providing different vantage-points to view the original details. These units have HUGE rooms. The original ceiling and support columns provided the framework for a minimalist design concept - further accentuating the remarkable Victorian-era craftsmanship. The restored heart-pine wood floors combine with amazing results to create a surprising amount of warmth for such a large volume of space. The juxtaposition of the old and new creates a comfortable balance, giving the 320 West Park Inn a feel of a home.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire property. At 4:00 on day of checkin, you will receive the electronic door codes and all relevant information.

The Neighborhood:

The perfect Georgia vacation destination for all ages – abuzz with art, culture, festivals, concerts, live theater, outdoor cafes, gourmet restaurants, and true Southern hospitality. The largest National Historic Landmark District in the United States, Savannah contains more than twenty city squares filled with museums, churches, mansions, monuments and famous forts of the Revolutionary & Civil War eras.

Getting Around:
Savannah is best experienced by strolling, especially with a cocktail in hand. This unit is located within walking distance to all of the best things that the historic district has to offer.

Other Things to Note:
No parties or gatherings of any kind are allowed- this will result in in a $500.00 fine and an immediate termination of your stay without refund.

Pets are welcome with a $100.00 pet cleaning fee. Please note, this is not a "pet fee" for their accommodation, this is a cleaning fee that all pets are subject to, excepting registered ADA working service animals. This fee is passed on to our cleaning company to keep the units nice for each family that visits us.

To protect the comfort of future guests, this is a non-smoking property. a $500.00 upholstery cleaning fee will be accessed to any guests who smokes in the residence.

Please do not let you pets on the couch, beds, or other furniture. Failure to follow this rule will result in 3x cleaning fees.

For guests staying in properties with a hot tub, please remember that you are using this amenity at your own risk, ownership nor management accepts any liability for your use. Please do not wear sunblock or other lotions into the tub, as it will damage the machine. Please be aware that guests shouldn't enjoy the hot tub for more than 15-30 mins depending upon water temp.

Please note: all guests staying 30 days or more will be subject to paying their own electric and natural gas costs (if any), re-billed monthly. And all guests staying 30+ days agree to pay a cleaning fee that is 2x the listed rate in order to deep clean the home after you leave in order to get it ready for next guests.

Guest will enjoy a “starter pack” of paper products, morning coffee supplies, and soap products. - this is meant as a good will gesture, longer stays will require the guests to provide their own additional supplies.

This property is a fully licensed, operating Inn. So our guests have access to one of our staff members 24/7. We interact with guests as little or as much as you desire. Our staff is always avaliable to give local suggestions or assit in anyway possible. They are a simple phone call away.
