When entering through the front door on the Sumner side (3 steps up), you will find the living room, where you can enjoy the gas fireplace, watch your favorite DVD or TV show on the new flat panel TV, relax and read, or play a family game. Continuing on, two bedrooms are on the left (twin beds and double bed) and the well supplied kitchen is on the right. Next you will find the dining area, which is a great location for family meals or game night. The side entrance offers a no step doorway that is 33 inches wide, near the natural gas BBQ. Just beyond the dining area are the master bedroom with ¾ bath on the left and the full bath on the right.
