Summary: We booked this rental for the BottleRock music festival, as all of the local Napa rentals were either sold out or very expensive. The property is about 30 minutes from Napa, but with terrible stoplight traffic in California, it took about an hour to get home each evening.The property itself is nice. The neighborhood is pleasant. The neighbors next door did have dogs that liked to bark in the morning. Each room had nice beds but were somewhat cramped otherwise if you were to fill every room. We used one of the rooms we were not sleeping in as "storage" for our bags. The master bedroom is very, very nice. House was overall clean.I did have to reach out to the owner about 20 minutes from check in time to get information on how to check in, the code, etc. They were very prompt in responsiveness, as we had not communicated in the months leading up to our stay.Overall, definitely an overall good option to stay if you're going to be in the region.
