This is a Fabulous house you will have all to yourselves as guests, private home, on a huge lot, with 3,000 square feet of living space, FOUR BEDROOM , THREE BATH, WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL and large patio and very nice pool table in what many consider to be the best location in Bakersfield, the Northwest!! The Northwest part of town has so much to offer! This property is an amazing house in a neighborhood that has nothing but custom homes! You will enjoy the refreshing beautiful pool, huge yard with big patio and gorgeous mature trees! I also just completed a remodel in June, 2019! Enjoy the very nice pool table, washer and dryer, everything you will need for a great trip are right here waiting for you! Three bedrooms with very comfortable queen-size beds, and one king-sized bed in the Master! There is a bathroom with shower downstairs (the only downstairs bathroom), a bathroom upstairs with a bathtub, and a third bathroom, also with a bath and shower combination upstairs. This house is Not handicapped accessible. Obviously from the pictures, it has stairs. The house has multiple sitting areas, including a large Built-in-bar, as well as a bar area in the kitchen, with several barstools at each! This house and the wonderful neighborhood is close to tons of shopping, restaurants, parks, golfing! You’ll love it!! You will love the living areas, where smaller groups can gather and visit, and everyone can be in a comfortable spot, or the living room and separate family room areas are both very large! There is a new Roku TV in both the living room and in the family room. The Wi-Fi in the house works great! Also, along with sofas and chairs, in the extra large family room, there is a beautiful fireplace, and in the very large living room, there is a pool table! This house is not handicapped accessible.
