Get ready to relax in this 4-bedroom house in Yuba City. This awesome property features 4 queen beds, 2 bathrooms with a one with shower over bathtub and the other with a shower, and additional living spaces with a sofa bed and portable crib/pack and play. Guests can enjoy amenities like a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, WiFi, AC, and heating. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Yuba City.
The pool is not heated, but is open for use year-round. The outdoor furniture is not guaranteed to be available for use during the rain and windy season due to no covered areas outdoors.
The space
This beautifully mostly remodeled four-bedroom two-bathroom open floor plan unit has a living room, family room, kitchen, and dining areas and the fourth room is a private suite. There is a queen bed in each of the rooms. All of the bedrooms have a TV with Roku for streaming. One of the couches in the living room has a queen size hide-a-bed and there is also a smaller twin size hide-a-bed in the family room. The living room has a TV. The family room does not. Outside in the backyard there are several seating areas and a swing bench. There are also additional folding chairs available for your use. The pool has a safety fence around it, but please do always keep a close eye on the little ones and keep the key in the lock. For further instructions on how to use the pool gate please message me and I will send you a how to video.
NOTE this is not a party location; the guest that initiates the rental must be on the property. Our rental does not allow parties or events. My maximum for overnight guests does not allow for this home to qualify for a party/event waiver. If I knowingly hosted a party/event I would not be covered for any damages or anything that goes wrong. If I did and I got caught, I would be removed from the platform and banned for life, which I am not willing to risk, sorry. So please do not ask, and do not do. Thank you!
Guest access
You will have access to the garage with laundry area, and all backyard areas. Please do not use the RV space. The garage space is for you to park in as well if you'd like.
Other things to note
The landscapers come on Saturday mornings.
The pool is serviced every Tuesday.
Please be respectful of the neighboring properties.
