The house has been recently upgraded with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and laminate flooring. A new washer and dryer are located in the garage. Prime location for BART, SF, Silicon Valley, Napa, Monterey/Carmel. A short walk to hiking trails, restaurants & coffee shops!
