The Primary suite has a king bed, a sofa pull-out, a 76in smart tv, an expansive bathroom including double vanities, a double headed shower, a freestanding modern soaking tub, a walk-in closet, and French doors that open out into the veranda. The guest suite has a king bed, a 56in smart tv, a bathroom with a rain-head shower, jacuzzi bathtub, and a walk-in closet. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the other with two full beds. Each additional bedroom has an open closet and french doors that open up to a side patio. There is a third full bathroom with floor to ceiling tile, a pedestal sink, and an oversized shower. The full kitchen has an island, marble countertops, and is stocked with everything a chef could desire. The indoor entertainment area has an oversized couch that comfortably seats 10 people, a 65in smart tv, floor to ceiling windows, and two sets of French doors that open up into the veranda. Outside there is a 2,700 square foot tiled veranda featuring a large dinning table, five additional seating areas, 6 built-in heaters, a 76in smart tv, and decorative privacy curtains. Beyond the veranda is a gas fire pit, hammocks, and a 10 person jacuzzi attached to a sports pool. The side yard houses our bocce ball court featuring sunset views.
