Why does the price change? Don't worry, it's just our dynamic pricing software working its magic. It adjusts rates based on demand and other factors to make sure you get the best value.
The pool has some leaves and twigs, what can you do about it? Our pool is surrounded by beautiful nature, which can sometimes lead to leaves and twigs ending up in the water. On windy days, there may be more leaves than usual, but we do have a weekly pool cleaning service to keep it in tip-top shape. In the meantime, you're welcome to use the pool net to remove any leaves or twigs you may find.
Do you allow dogs/pets? I'm sorry, but we do not allow pets in the property. Service animals are of course allowed and other pets can be approved on a case by case basis by the host. There is also an additional fee of $225 associated.
Do you have enough serving dishes and utensils for big groups? Yes, we have enough utensils for up to 16 guests, so you're all set for a big gathering!
Can we book a 1-night stay? Unfortunately, our minimum stay is 2 nights during weekdays and 3 nights during the weekends.
Can we request for a towel change? We don't offer hotel-style amenities, but we do provide one regular towel and one pool towel for each guest for the entire stay. If you need clean towels, you're welcome to use our washing and drying machines.
Do you offer early check-in? It depends on whether there are guests checking out on the day you arrive. If it's possible, there may be additional fees involved.
Do you offer late checkout? It depends on whether there are guests checking in on the day you depart. If it's possible, there may be additional fees involved.
Is there a smoking room or is smoking allowed on the property? I'm sorry, but smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or outside the house, including the backyard and pool area. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property smoke-free. This is also a fire hazard zone so no fire anywhere outside please.
Please note there are two cameras on sight. One is in the front door area, and one is in the back yard. These are for safety purposes and only get checked if there is an incidence.

Welcome to our beautiful home! To ensure that you and all of our guests have the best experience possible, we've put together a few guidelines to comply with Los Angeles Home - Sharing Ordinance:
1. Please, no smoking anywhere on the property and no parties. We're equipped with Ring Video Doorbell to help ensure peaceful enjoyment for all.
2. Out of respect for the area and neighbors, we ask that you keep any music or outdoor gatherings quiet after 10pm. Swimming is also off-limits after 10pm for groups and kids.
3. Kindly let us know the exact number of guests staying in the house and any visitors that plan to come by.
4. Our fireplace is for decoration only, please no fire of any kind, including smoking. We are in a fire hazard zone so no fire outside anywhere.
5. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
6. To keep our home clean and tidy, we kindly ask that you clean up after yourself.
7. Our gardener and pool service come once a week. Please note that pool/spa cleaning outside of these days is not available. If you would like to arrange additional pool service, we may be able to arrange this for a fee.
Please note: Occasionally, leaves and twigs may gather in the water and surrounding areas, especially between service days. On particularly windy days in LA, there may be a bit more than usual. If it's not a pool service day, we kindly ask that you use the provided pool net to gently remove any leaves and twigs, and look forward to a sparkling clean pool at our next service.
