Everything about this home is top of the line, first class and immaculately clean. Completely renovated in 2019, this designer decorated residence features all new furniture. The oceanfront residence is gated and sits directly on the Pacific Ocean. Watch for whales and dolphins from the comfort of your chaise lounge.

You are walking distance to two other beaches; Las Tunas Beach access point ( 6 minute walk ) and Big Rock Beach access point ( 6 minute walk ).

Whether you feel like driving to Santa Barbara for the day, or hanging out on the boardwalk in Venice, walking on the Promenade in Santa Monica, bringing the kids to Universal Studios, or visiting the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The house is situated only minutes from Pepperdine University, and easy access to UCLA and USC, the 10, 405 and Los Angeles airport.

Bedroom 1 has 1 King Bed with en-suite full bathroom

Bedroom 3 has 4 Double beds with en-suite bathroom (2 double bunks)
Bedroom 4 has 2 Double beds with en-suite bathroom (1 double bunk)
NOTE: Bedroom 4 is a an open loft and does not have room darkening.
Housekeeping:
Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, there is an additional $395 charge per cleaning. The cleaners change all the linens on each cleaning visit. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings.
House Rules:
1. Only the registered guests in your booking shall be permitted in the residence at anytime. We do not permit additional day time or night time visitors. If you plan on having visitors, they need to be included in the number of guests you indicate at the time you make your booking. For example, if you have 4 guest staying overnight, but will have 2 day visitors, you must book for 6 guests.
2. You will need you to sign our Property Use Agreement within the next 24 hours of booking or your booking is subject to cancellation. The docusign link will be sent to you through VRBO after you book.
