A-04 is the perfect tropical paradise home away from home “getaway”. Newly painted downstairs, beautiful tile floors throughout and the expanded fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place for entertaining utilizing the spacious living area which includes wet bar, dining room, living room with fireplace, a 42-inch flat panel TV and access to a private balcony with BBQ (new grill - May 2019). There is additional sleeping space a custom built daybed under the staircase as well as a queen sofa sleeper. For the golfer in the family there is a custom storage area set aside to store your golf clubs.
The upstairs includes the master suite with attached bath and guest bedroom with a small garden facing balcony and a full bath in the hallway next to the stacked washer/dryer. Each room has a 26-inch flat panel TV with DVD player and ample closet space. This vacation home sleeps 6. Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules & Regulations. A04
