This peaceful zen property has 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. Oversized windows and skylights allow natural light to showcase the lush greenery from every room. This rustic villa features vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, a deck overlooking breathtaking redwood forest, BBQ grill and a tropical landscape surrounding the pool. Located in the Santa Cruz mountains, the last quarter mile of the drive contains a one lane, private road that does require a confident driver. This is the ideal property for those looking to immerse themselves in nature and all that California forest has to offer.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire house except the garage that is reserved for storage. The Airstream trailer is also not for guest use.
The Neighborhood
This home is nestled in a very private, quiet location. Please be mindful of noise, especially while using the pool, as the property is located in a tight-knit community and noise travels. Most of the drive is on the highway, but the last mile or so of the drive is on a private, windy, bumpy, one way road. Please ensure this is something you’re comfortable with.

Other things to note:
- The pool is not heated and is supplied by the well. We have the pool professionally maintained on a weekly basis. However, since the property is nestled in natural redwoods, occasional leaves and debris may find their way into the pool.
- The last quarter mile of the drive contains a one lane, private road that does require a confident driver.
- While this house is pet-friendly, please be mindful that wild animals are expected in the woods, so any pets should not be left unattended outside during the day OR night.
- There can be minimal cell phone reception on the way to the house. Make sure that you have your map loaded before you make the drive.
We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
