Entrance to the house is through the middle level with an easy access from the parking space: only 15 feet from the parking to the deck, one step down and two steps up to the main level of the house.
Further Details: The large game room is located downstairs. It has a double size futon sofa, TV, game table and dry bar with refrigerator. The third bathroom is also located downstairs.
