The Space:
Plush newly refreshed loft in downtown San Diego located a few blocks away from Little Italy and a short walk to the Gaslamp District and Balboa park! This is a beautiful 2 level loft with a private rooftop patio. The upstairs loft contains a spacious queen bed with direct access to the patio. Please keep in mind that this is a loft style space and does not contain a door for complete privacy. Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious living room with a comfy couch and a TV to accommodate your entire party. As you continue through the apartment, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen which leads you to the second bedroom. This space contains a queen bed with bright windows for extra light!
This space does come with a parking spot!
NOTE: This garage is NOT suitable for large vehicles, such as large pickup trucks or extra-large minivans.
Note: Being close to the DT area and coming out of Summer season, San Diego is the type of city we can expect bugs roaming around, we professionally clean our units after each reservation and do our best to keep bugs under control, some might still be encounter
