LIVING AREA Spend time together in the first-floor living area, furnished with a huge sectional and a TV. Upstairs, the bonus living space is detailed with two reclining sofas, cable TV, a selection of provided board and video games. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is nicely updated and features a stainless steel gas range and refrigerator, granite countertops, and a beautiful tile backsplash. When it’s time to eat, savor home-cooked meals at the seven-seat dining table. BED & BATH The master bedroom is upstairs and features a king bed and a recliner to relax in. The upgraded en-suite bath includes a granite vanity and walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom contains a queen bed and a recliner, while the updated guest bath has a walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers a twin-size bed with a trundle, and the fourth bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed. The remodeled guest bath has a tub/shower combination. The second living room located upstairs has everything you need for entainment. There is a Wii, video games, an arcade game and board games.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES This home offers abundant outdoor entertaining space with a patio and a big fenced in back yard. As evening falls, head to the patio and fire up the gas grill. Dine alfresco on the backyard picnic table.

During the winter, you’ll be less than 30 minutes from the slopes at Heavenly and just 15 minutes away from Sierra-At-Tahoe, with Kirkwood just a few minutes farther. THE FINE PRINT Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 9 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in a guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. All properties have on-site devices for your security – these may include security alarms, decibel monitoring (which do not record voices), and exterior motion sensors or cameras.
