This unique suite is a perfect home base while you explore everything Shaver Lake has to offer! The property will feel just the right amount of secluded, yet your still walking distance from all of the shops, restaurants, and activities in the area. This suite is equipped with a queen size bed, living room, and kitchen. We have recently had some renovations done to feature new granite countertops, flooring, fresh paint, and a beautiful walk in shower.
This unique suite is a perfect home base while you explore everything Shaver Lake has to offer! The property will feel just the right amount of secluded, yet your still walking distance from all of the shops, restaurants, and activities in the area. The unit provides a well-equipped kitchen that'll have all the basic cooking supplies and dishes you may need during your stay. The dining area has a booth and dining table that will comfortably seat two. As you walk into the bedroom, you'll notice a very unique design featuring a Queen size bed, two side lamps, and a giant granite rock coming out of the side of the wall! The full-size living room is equipped with a new leather couch, coffee table, and a flat screen that has a Roku device connected so you can stream your favorite movies and TV shows during your stay! The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and a shelf for your bathroom supplies. We will provide you with towels and soaps during your stay. In an effort to accommodate our travelers who love to bring their pets, we have made this suite dog friendly. Please read our pet policy prior to booking and let your host know about any pets prior to your stay. The shared outdoor amenities are just as spectacular! There are two separate firepit areas that offer a bar top, charcoal BBQs, and plenty of chairs for your friends and family to sprawl out and enjoy the fresh mountain air. There is also a large deck that can serve as an outdoor dining area that has a picnic table and another charcoal BBQ.1. Must be 21 years or older to reserve a room.
2. NO SMOKING inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside, but please pick up your butts. Unfortunately, the cost to clean a room that someone has smoked is significant and time consuming. For that reason, we will charge an additional $250 cleaning fee if found violating the smoking policy.
3. NO parties. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am.
4. Check in is at 3:00pm or any time after.
5. Check out is at 10:00am.
6. Guests will be held responsible for the cost of any damages or replacing missing items in this rental. We understand accidents happen, so please let us know of any issues so we can get it addressed before our incoming guests.
7. 2 guests allowed. Any additional guests will be charged an extra fee of $25 per person, per night.
8. All pets at the cabin must be registered with your host prior to your stay.
Pets must be free of fleas, ticks, or other pests and current on vaccinations.
Do not leave your pet unattended in the unit. Your pets must also be leashed at all times outside of the unit.
Since your dog will be in an unfamiliar environment and occasionally bark, please quiet an excited pet as soon as possible. You may be required to leave if repeated barking complaints are received from other guests. Guests whose dogs create a financial burden on the property, such as refunding unhappy guests, will be financially liable for any and all refunds provided to other guests.
Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly and in a timely manner. There are multiple trash cans on the property to assist in pet waste disposal.
There is a fee of $50 per pet, per stay. If a guest doesn't inform host of their pet, a non-refundable pet fee will be charge to guests' reservation.
There is a 50 LB WEIGHT LIMIT, PER PET.
Pets are not allowed on beds. Unfortunately Pit Bulls and Rottweiler breeds are not allowed. We also reserve the right to refuse housing to any dog at our sole discretion for any reason. Other pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and are accepted at the discretion of the owners or management.
You are responsible for any property damage, cleaning costs, personal injury, pest control, or noise disturbance caused by your pet. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the cabins, its owners, and its operator for any claim, demand, or judgment associated in any way with damages attributable to your pet. Sierra Sky Property Management reserves the right to charge your account commensurate with the estimated cost of such damages. If your pet has a urine or stool accident the cleaning charge is $200.00.Head East on Hwy 168 until you reach the town of Shaver Lake. After you pass the Hungry Hut, you'll make a left turn on Warbler Rd. and follow the road to the left onto Digger Ln. You'll see a big Green building on your left.
