Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The do offer a minimal breakfast for free and WiFi .

Negative: They didn’t have ny room category in nonsmoking, so offered to down grade me , with no compensation or take the smoking room . The front desk was very good about offering me a different room if the room was to smelly. Upon entering the 2 bedroom assigned room, all the windows were open to help with air quality. I did appreciate that but it was 30 degrees out and was bitter cold in the room. I closed all the windows n turned on the heat but it was a space heater that in no way could heat the main room n living space . The other bedrooms heater was broke. Also this 2 bedroom is not a true 2 bed was in the middle of the living space. Not a separate bedroom. It’s did have a large walk in closet though. There are only 4 outlets in the living area and two in the bedroom. 90 % of them didn’t work due to the plugs being damaged n the adapter would fall out constantly. The gentlemen at front desk was nice but couldn’t help with any of my concerns unless wanted to switch rooms at midnight.
