The first floor consists of master bedroom, full bath with laundry, half bath, open concept combo kitchen family room and plenty of closet and storage space. The second floor has two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a large den with a slider going to deck. The water views from the bedrooms of Hampton Harbor are very impressive! There is parking for two vehicles on the lower level. The building has four levels, the condo is on level three and four. Also, the condo is one block from beautiful Hampton Beach.
The unit is fully furnished with three flat screen TVs, a 32 inch in the master bedroom, an 46 inch LG TV in the kitchen family room and a 55 inch LG TV the upstairs den. There is WI-FI with several streaming services including Prime, HULU, Peacock, Netflix and KEMO.
