-->SLEEPING COUNT/VISITORS: We have a maximum amount allowed on the property per our short-term rental permit, being 6 guests for sleeping and no additional visitors. Strict quiet time of 9pm to 8am and no hanging out in the outside areas. Children over the age of 5 years are counted as guests.
-->TRASH CANS: For shorter stays of 2 to 3 days, we allow 2-3 bags of trash to be left at the home. Anything over that amount please take with you or a trash fee will be applied to your reservation.
