The house is beach front and easy walking distance to the village of Carlsbad, with a variety of dining and shopping options. The house also sits about a block and a half from the public boardwalk that runs along the coast, where you can walk/run with expansive ocean views. The property can be rented weekly as a 4 bedroom / 4 bath home or as two individual 2 bedroom / 2 bath units. There are also two lower communal deck areas.
Upstairs: master bedroom with king bed and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pacific ocean. Master bath includes sunken tub and full shower. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Full kitchen, large living room, second full bathroom, large patio deck overlooking ocean. Living room has a sleeper sofa. A one car parking garage is included with the upstairs unit.
Downstairs: master bedroom with a king bed and full bath, 180 degree ocean views. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and full bath. Full kitchen, large living room, large patio deck overlooking ocean.
Jacuzzi is on the sw corner of this deck. Living room has a sleeper sofa.
**Rents weekly only, Saturday to Saturday, no exceptions. No smoking, no pets, no parties. Maximum people allowed on premise for 2 bedroom unit is 5; maximum people allowed on premise for 4 bedroom is 10.

Tax is 10% plus $1 a night per bedroom
Cleaning fee is $375 upstairs and $250 downstairs and $550 for 4 bedroom 4 bath
