Access to the beach and the exposed tide pools directly in front of the house is through a nearby gate. Sand beaches close by are perfect for surfing, kayaking, fishing, and boogie boarding, (one 9-foot single kayak and one 2-person kayak, 5 boogie boards, a stand up paddle board and 2 surf boards provided). Explore the beach for miles hunting for shells, rocks and sea glass. Dolphins are regularly seen and whales are seen during winter months.
A private tennis court and a children’s playground are available for your use (tennis racquets provided). We provide 3 bicycles for coastal rides on new bike path. Short walk to gourmet snack stand at Faria County Park and a 10-minute drive to dining and shopping in Ventura and 30 minutes to Santa Barbara.
