Perfect for 2 families - Gorgeous upscale mountain retreat that sits at an elevation of 6500 feet on private golf course in Show Low, Arizona. Enjoy this quiet cabin and breathe in the fresh air while either working away from home or spending time with friends and family. The cabin is in an ideal location which offers temperatures 20 - 25 degrees less than Phoenix / Tucson and is close to skiing, hiking, fishing, golf, dining, and more. Wood floors and tall windows invite you to take in the beauty of the lush golf course through the tall pines. 2 bedrooms and full baths downstairs, with another 2 bedrooms, loft, and full bath upstairs make this cabin an easily useable space for any activities. 2 large porches - 1 in the front for morning coffee and another large porch off the back. Steps from the golf course amidst the pines, and a fire pit with seating. Home has everything to make your stay enjoyable including puzzles, books, games, and indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces. Our home has bed space for 9 people, but we will accommodate up to 10 with blow-up air mattresses or sleeping bags. Please let us know if needed.
Sunrise Park Resort, Arizona's largest ski resort, is typically open from November to April for skiing and snowboarding. During the spring and summer, Sunrise offers mountain biking, rock climbing walls, horseback riding, scenic lift rides, lake fishing, camping, and more. Torreon has changed their policy regarding the transfer of owners' social memberships to guests. This is partly due to the fact they previous renters have been unkind to the facilities resulting in added expenses to members. Unfortunately, this policy applies to ALL home owners in Torreon. In lieu of this policy change, Torreon does allow owners to transfer their membership 1x per month with a strict policy of 4 guests only. The membership transfer fee is $375 for the first guest and $100 for each additional guest. This fee includes access to the pool, hot tub, fitness center, family center and outdoor sport courts (basketball, volleyball, pickle ball and tennis). Guests do not need a membership to dine at the Torreon Grille. This option is on a first come first serve basis. IF INTERESTED, PLEASE REACH OUT BEFORE BOOKING. The amenities are only offered from May through September. Please note, the Torreon pool is only heated from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
