Our 5 bedroom home is located in beautiful, quiet, water-privileged Annapolis Cove family community near the Bay Ridge Community. It is within walking distance to the Chesapeake Bay and has private community marina with picnic area. There are plenty of parking spaces available and easy driving (3.5m) to the Naval Academy and downtown via Eastport with good alternate route to stadium via 665.
There is a large attached deck with in-ground pool for great entertaining. Includes eating area, umbrellas, grill, awning and relaxing furniture.
Our first floor includes: remodeled eat-in kitchen; dining room; living room; 1/2 bath; bedroom with king-sized bed; large family room and sun room .
The second floor has 4 bedrooms+ (1K; 2Q; 1D).
The basement level also has a large open family room.
Also included are: washer/dryer; dishwasher and microwave; stereo; digital cable; DVD player; and internet connection (wireless too). We have an attached 2-car garage with extra refrigerator.
