Beautifully restored Spanish bungalow with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beautiful décor. Inground pool not heated late May-Oct is best. Above ground spa year-round. A mini-split air conditioning and heating system. 4 cooling/heating units total, in each bedroom, the living room and the kitchen/nook area. Inside stackable laundry area, fully enclosed fenced secure front courtyard and fenced secure rear yard with large deck, a covered patio area with firepit. 1 off street parking space. Please Park in front of guest sign. Additional parking on street.
Come relax in our Spanish style retreat. The home is very warm and has tons of character. The rear yard feels like a high-end boutique hotel with pool, four lounge chairs, outdoor dining table and covered patio with comfortable seating and a firepit. Pool towels in each bedroom closet.

You have full and private access to all of the amenities.
There is a Casita on the opposite side of property. This is used by the owner a few times a month for travel work purposes. The main home is completely separate, and you may never see owner. This home is private, and you will not be disturbed.
Other things to note.
Pool guy comes every Tuesday to clean pool/spa around 7am. Trash pickup is Friday. Neighbor takes can out to curb.
