MY MODEST HOME IS LOCATED IN A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD AND SITS ON A HILLSIDE THAT OFFERS BREATHTAKING SUNSTS. WE ARE A SHORT FIVE MINUTE DRIVE TO THE OCEANSIDE PEIR, TEN MINUTES TO MIRACOSTA COLLEGE, TWO MINUTE WALK TO A BEAUTIFUL PARK AND CLOSE TO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION THAT WILL TAKE YOU ALL THE WAY TO OLD TOWN, UCSM, PALOMAR, SEAPORT VILLAGE AND MORE! PLEASE NO ANIMALS. NO DRUGS, NO SMOKING, NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS, NOT A PARTY HOME, NOT 420 FRIENDLY, NO OVER DRINKING. NO SHOES INIDE THE HOME. 'CLEAN AS YOU GO AND YOUR MESS WONT SHOW' MOTTO FOLLOWED.
