Game room upstairs with flat panel TV/DVD & foosball table for kids play area, downstairs Roku Smart TV/Soundbar. Fast Wireless Internet access.
Big decks front & back, High-top table seats 6, BBQ grill, lounge chairs.
Very comfortable home, gentle sloping south exposure driveway (makes a big difference in winter). Snow Removal during winter included. Backs up to a beautiful green belt for extra privacy and space!
