July 2022 Upgrade: the Mesquite Golf Course has been sold and will be turned into an open space preserve. Golf is no longer available, although, there are dozens of fantastic golf courses a short drive away.

This west facing 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo unit is located on the ground floor of the Mesquite Country Club 2nd phase complex. The unit boasts stunning views of the San Jacinto mountain range from the back patio, is steps from the tennis courts and is across the way from 1 of 3 pools within this phase. The condo is located in a gated community with card key access and 24 hour security service. Exterior buildings are an attractive Mediterranean style with ceramic tile roofs. There is ample parking, including covered carports.
There is over 1150 sq ft of living space with great separation between the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms which makes the space perfect for visits from family and friends.
The unit was repainted and newly redecorated with new light fixtures, "plantation blinds", stainless steel kitchen appliances, beds, linens and towels.
The spacious master bedroom offers a new California King bed, a large wall mounted flat screen TV, dresser, chest of drawers, and two bedside tables. The room has sliding glass door access to the back deck with views of the San Jacinto mountain. The master suite also includes a large dressing area with plenty of closet space with full mirrors and a new seated walk-in shower that includes safety bars. The master suite has a new vanity with quartz counter tops, exquisite new double sinks and faucets and separated toilet/bath area.
The second bedroom has a queen size pillow top bed, chest of drawers and two side tables, and sliding mirror closet doors and is close to the 2nd bathroom. Sliding glass doors open to a small patio area from the bedroom. . The 2nd bathroom was renovated with new vanity, sink and faucets with quartz counter tops, new shower/tub combination and safety bar.
The kitchen was remodeled in August 2019 with new cabinets, quartz counter top and mosaic back splash. The kitchen is fully equipped with new dishes, glassware, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and serving dishes for entertaining. The HVAC system was replaced in August 2020, along with linens and many towels and a new carpet was installed in the master bedroom.
The living room has a large flat screen TV with cable, DVD and CD player, telephone, and iPod player. Canadian and US long distance calling included in rental.
Mesquite is conveniently located just minutes from the Palm Springs International airport but is not disturbed by flights going in and out because flight patterns do not pass over the complex. The unit is just 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs enabling access to all the activities Palm Springs has to offer. There are restaurants for everyone’s palate and budget, live music and theater, movies, street fairs, shopping and outlet malls, hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, gambling, spas, water parks, skateboard and public parks, special year round events, and the historic Palm Springs Ariel Tram which takes you to the top of San Jacinto mountain. Mesquite is also close to public libraries, senior centers, and churches.
