CLIMATE CONTROL: The temperature is controlled by ductless air/heat units throughout the home. Each comes with a remote so guests can adjust a room's temperature.
CHECK IN: Guests check in with a personalized code anytime after 4pm
GUEST HOUSE: Behind the home is a private guest house with a separate entrance. If you're interested in reserving the Cottage (sleeps 2) in addition to the Lady Anne, let us know and we can check its availability.

1. No Party Policy: Airbnb/VRBO have announced a ban on parties. Planning a party at this property will result in an early checkout and possible fines up to $1,000.
2. $30 Towel Convenience Fee: Please use the gray makeup removal wipes and washcloths provided in each bathroom to avoid the $30 convenience fee for bath towels permanently stained.
3. $250 Pet Fee: We are animal lovers, but this is an animal free listing. If a pet is discovered on the property, a $250 fee plus damages will be charged, and the pet(s) must be removed immediately.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The Rivermont Historic district is a wonderful area full of great neighbors and cool old houses! Head a few mins down the road to Randolph College and you will pass many grand old mansions. You'll see a lot of renovations happening in our area and some homes are not yet restored leaving the presence of poverty. Riverside Park is nearby and is a great for a morning run. The Lady Anne is only 3 minutes to all the downtown dining, breweries, walking trails, and entertainment.
