There is a private dock available for swimming, fishing, and tying up your boat. Though there is not a slip available, there is ample room for 2 boats to tie up between the wavebreak and the dock.
This home offers a jetted soaking tub in the master bathroom. There are several means of entertainment provided as well, such as, Xbox, Playstation, Wii, Board Games, Cornhole, and Lily pad. (We just ask that you please be kind and respectuful and take care of these items so that others are able to enjoy them as well)

You have many local favorites within a 5-10 minute drive, including Ozark Popcorn (a great place for delicious treats), Lil Rizzos, Sergios, Shady Gators, JB Hooks, and Baxters, along with several options for boat rentals and chartering. (There is also a Dollar General nearby)

This home has a very steep driveway. Therefore, NO motorcycles are allowed, and NO boats/trailers are allowed. Home is located on 3 mile marker of Lake of the Ozarks.

Public Boat Launch (Bluebird) — Lake Ozark, MO 65049 This is a public ramp in Lake Ozark. Good for smaller boats and quick access.
PB2 Boat Launch / Grand Glaize Marina — Osage Beach, MO 65065 Located at 711 Public Beach Road, Osage Beach. This launch ramp is large (four-lane) and popular, with marina services nearby (fuel, slip rentals, etc.).
Pa He Tsi Boat Launch — Lake of the Ozarks State Park / Osage Beach area A multi-lane state-park ramp. Good option for entering the main lake arms; seasonal status (check before going).
McCubbins Point Public Boat Ramp — Linn Creek / nearby A two-lane concrete ramp providing access to the lake; could be useful depending on your route or where on the lake you want to go.
Bagnell Dam Access Boat Ramp — Lake Ozark area. A public ramp giving access near the dam/river area — useful if you want to access other parts of the lake quickly or if nearer for you, depending on traffic/launch-timing.
