The neighborhood is quiet and we truly love and respect our neighborhood so we don't allow any parties or large gatherings at our properties. There will be a $700 fine assessed to any guest that does not follow this policy. We appreciate you respecting our home and neighborhood.

Guests will have access to the entire house except for the basement. The washer and dryer are on the first floor so access to the basement is not needed.

Bathrooms:
Our full-size bathrooms are stocked with Tommy Bahama luxury bath products, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Each guest will receive one large bath towel and one washcloth, along with dark makeup towels for added convenience.
Kitchen:
The newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream—perfect for cooking up gourmet meals. Prefer to skip the cooking? Let us know and we’ll be happy to coordinate a private chef experience so you can sit back and relax. Whether you're planning a family-style dinner or a lively game night with friends, this space delivers in both function and charm.
Second Floor Bedrooms:
Four of the home’s five spacious bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with a large bathroom featuring double sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower. Two of these rooms offer king-size beds, and the other two feature queen-size beds—all made up with hotel-quality bedding, ample storage, and ultra-comfy linens.
Third Floor Master Suite:
Your private retreat awaits on the top floor. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's the perfect escape after a day of adventure or exploration.
Laundry:
A full-size washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen on the first floor, making mid-stay refreshes convenient and easy.

There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is a fenced yard and the area is perfect for walking.
