Our condo is two stories. When you enter our home, you walk into an open entryway that is a perfect place to dump all of your ski equipment after a full day of skiing at the resort!
On the same level you will find a laundry room, along with our master bedroom. Our master is separate from the other bedroom upstairs so it feels like a cozy, serene retreat away from the rest of the house. This bedroom includes a king size bed with high-end mattress and high quality linens perfect for a wonderful night sleep. You will also enjoy the gas fireplace that is directly in front of our jacuzzi tub. A wonderful place to relax in the evenings with a glass of wine. The master bathroom has recently been fully renovated with a gorgeous walk in shower. You will also have plenty of storage in the master closet area for luggage + hanging clothes.
As you leave the first floor you will notice the expansive windows with tons of natural light flowing in and a staircase that leads you up to the second and main living floor. *Please note that some of our wood stairs are floating stairs so you can reach your hand through them which might not be suitable for a small child.
The main living area is highly upgraded with gorgeous wood vaulted ceilings providing a large open concept feel, tons of natural light and views of the lake!
The living room has a gas fireplace, comfortable couch with lots of blankets to cozy up to, chairs and a smart TV preloaded with your favorite apps. The dining area is perfect for family dinners with seating for (6). During days where the weather is nice, it’s a perfect place to open the French doors and soak in the mountain breeze and lake views!
Our kitchen was recently remodeled and provides all the comforts of home. We have everything that you should need in order to cook in and stay at home from dishes, utensils, knives, cookware & more. The large island has (2) barstools. Make your morning cup of jo' with the Keurig Coffee Maker or a cup of Tea with the Tea Kettle (we provide coffee & tea for your stay).
There is another full completely renovated bathroom on this floor along with the second bedroom.
The guest bedroom includes (2) queen beds with the same high quality linens and mattress as our master bedroom downstairs. This bedroom is perfect for the kids or another couple, who want a little separation from the master bedroom. It’s a large room with lots of area to roam. This bedroom opens up to another beautiful patio that overlooks the lake dock area and has lots of natural light.
Outside our condo you can enjoy the amenities this beautiful complex right on the lake has to offer. The clubhouse is right across from our condo where you can enjoy a heated indoor pool (only heated on Holidays and summer months), hot tub (heated year round), sauna and the community patio with Lake Views ! Please note that guests do not have access to the dock.
We are perfectly located by the lake which is the center of it all. During the winter months you can easily get to the local ski resorts which are only 10-15 minutes away.
During the warmer weather months you are walking distance to the Village of Big Bear Lake and all the beauty + charm that Big Bear has to offer. We hope this will be your perfect Big Bear getaway no matter the season!!

Guests will have access to the entire condo. You are in a gated community and all guests have shared use of the indoor pool + hot tub.
Other things to note
Big Bear Lake has some very important rules for all short term rentals. You will need to sign a "Good Neighbor Policy" prior to your arrival which you will sign at our 3rd party checkin service conveniently located to our condo. It includes the following rules:
1.) Do not exceed the stated occupancy limit The occupancy is (6) adults for Casa de Lago
2.) No parking on the street or yard and a maximum of (2) cars at Casa de Lago
3.) No amplified music 24/7
4.) Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00pm-7:00am.
5.) No pets allowed at Casa de Lago
6.) Trash cannot be kept outside and needs to be taken to the dumpster in our community.
Please note: Big Bear is a mountain town where power outages are quite common. Most of the time, power is restored quickly. We are not able to provide refunds as a result of power outages since they are unfortunately out of our control.
