City Regulations:
Palm Springs has very strict city codes. All rentals must be met by our local check-in person and sign a “good neighbor waiver” that the city will keep. You will be required to send us a copy of your ID per city regulation.
Palm Springs rules include :
1. Noise Rules: No outdoor music permitted at anytime. No parties allowed.
Violation of noise rules per Palm Springs City regulation: $1000 fine to the guest.
2. Max 8 people allowed at the home during the day and night. 6 Maximum guest permitted by the city.
3. 3 vehicles allowed at the home.
4. Inside noise should not be heard from behind property lines. Quiet time is 10pm -10am. If outside, please move inside during these times.
5. Main guest must be 25 or older and present throughout the rental. Copy of your ID will be needed for proof verification per city regulation.
These rules apply to every Short Term Vacation rental in Palm Springs and are not set by us. Please help us keep rentals like this in the city by respecting the rules.
Violation of the City rules penalty:
-Removal from the property.
-$1000 fine.
Note:
Due to Covid-19 and to respect our neighbors and city law: violation of the allowed numbers of guest permitted by the city at any given time is $500 penalty for each additional guest.
