Huntington Beaches are O P E N! Get away from it all, and come visit us during the most beautiful time of the year. Our sunrises and sunsets are amazing. This is a 1st floor property, and we supply it all! Boogie boards, bikes, beach chairs and towels, beach wagon and sand toys, plus much more. Plus, we ARE pet-friendly! ***Parking for ONE medium-sized vehicle PROVIDED (mid-sized SUV,) plus free street parking in surrounding neighborhood should you need. If you have a larger car, PLEASE discuss prior to booking.
***Our minimum age of primary renter is 24. This person has to be staying in the unit, and verified at check in with ID. There are no exceptions. Violations will be grounds for cancelations withOUT reimbursement for your stay.
***Due to cleaning protocols, we no longer offer or commit to early check-in in advance. If early check-in becomes available on your check-in day, we will notify you once the home is ready and get you in as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding.
***Pet disclosure: provided your furry family member is completely house-trained and kept on a leash at all times outside of the unit, he/she is welcome in the home. We do ask however, that at NO point are dogs left alone in the unit or on the patio, outside. We’ve found that even the best of crate-trained dogs tend to cry or bark in new places without their owners, and this creates quite an event for both your pet and surrounding guests. This will will risk reservation termination without refund for your stay. We appreciate your understanding.

This apartment home contains everything you'll want for a relaxing day at the beach including: boogie-boards, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, wagon, sand toys, cooler, two beach cruisers, and 1 kids' bike.
At ground level (no stairs to climb!), this apartment home features a living room and open kitchen area with island dining space for 4 adults plus high-chair (included), as well as an over-sized slider with door that opens to a patio perfect for that cold drink after a day at the beach. The kitchen contains everything you'll need for making family meals and memories . It is equipped with stainless steel appliances which include a refrigerator, gas burners with oven, and solid-surface countertops. Additionally, this kitchen has been well stocked with an assortment of spices, herbs, condiments, cooking appliances, and any dish or accessory that you might need to create that memorable meal. The custom island counter is perfect for kitchen dining and opens into the family room with its own flat screen LCD TV, making it cozy enough for watching the kids or having conversation with family, all while cooking and enjoying the ocean breeze. Just off the living area is our private patio with furniture, allowing for even more space for dining and relaxing after a day at the beach. You can hear the waves crashing, step out and see the fireworks display from Disneyland, or enjoy the cool ocean breezes while lounging in the private patio area.
Off of the living room is the spacious bedroom and bathroom. The large bedroom includes a plush pillow-top queen sized-bed, plus room for the crib or pull-out twin. A tranquil room with a full sized-closet and dresser, the bedroom also has a flat screen TV, private access to the bathroom, and a study area for those vacationers who just can't leave work behind. The bathroom has a stand alone shower with a modern rain head shower nozzle perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.
For golfers, the renowned Pelican Hills Golf Course, home of two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Tom Fazio, is located only 20 minutes away while other nearby courses like the Meadowlark Golf Club, SeaCliff Country Club are only a few minutes away. For shoppers, the downtown has dozens of the best shopping for all ages just a short walk away, plus Huntington Beach's 'Bella Terra', Costa Mesa’s 'South Coast Plaza' and Newport Beach’s 'Fashion Island' are each less than a 15 minute drive and offer some of the best shopping in Southern California. For those simply looking for a pampered day of luxury, the Pacific Waters Spa at the Hyatt Regency is five minutes down the coast and the famous Montage Spa is a 25 minute drive.
