Situated in the East Valley suburb of Mesa, this home in beautiful "Desert Valley" has everything you could want in a home-away-from-home. Convenient to the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, many parks, stores, restaurants and the Tonto National Forest, it has 5 bedrooms ready with open arms to welcome you!
Can’t leave your fur baby behind? We are pet friendly! Up to 2 well behaved dogs are allowed for a pet fee of $30 per night per dog and an additional deposit of $300 per dog. All pets must be pre-approved and fees must be pre-paid.
HOW DO YOU SPELL RELAX? H-E-R-E!
From the moment you walk in the front door, you are greeted by a large, welcoming space that requests that you kick off your shoes and stay awhile. Put down your suitcases and peruse the large collection of reading material and stretch out in the library with a good book. Feeling playful? Tinkle out some notes on the piano or venture upstairs and you will find the game room that is waiting for a good round of air hockey or some video games on the two Playstation 4's. Want to work out after the long flight or car trip? We have an exercise room with weights, yoga mats and yoga ball, as well as a Precor elliptical machine that you can use to stretch out your sore and tired traveling muscles. For the youngsters, there is even a large selection of Playdoh with which they can let their creativity flow (this is highly recommended for kids of all ages).
Once out the back door, you will find that there is a basketball court to shoot some hoops or play Horse and the beautiful glass fire table you can use to gather 'round to sit out under the stars. But the pièce de resistance is (of course) the hot tub to enjoy :) Just pour yourself a beverage of choice and let yourself be transported to Relaxville....ahhhhhhhh. (However, for safety's sake, we ask that children NEVER be left unsupervised near the hot tub and kids under the age of 5 are not permitted to use it.) There is also an electric pellet grill to bbq on and a large outdoor table dine al fresco.
Let's talk about the bedrooms, shall we? There are 5 bedrooms, with a total of 6 beds- so, ample room for up to 12 people! Each bedroom also has its own television and Alexa device. To awaken Alexa just say, “Hey Alexa” and then speak as you would to a person. You may ask questions about the home, set alarms or play music. It's *almost* like having your own private butler or something ;) Also, each television is equipped with an Amazon FireTV and can stream content from Sling or Prime Video. You can also cast from any streaming app on your phone to the FireTV. The FireTV’s can also be controlled by Alexa. By the way, the ginormous master bedroom even boasts its own projector tv with a HUGE screen, so you can enjoy the movie theater experience totally comfy and cozy in bed (and without the sound of somebody's phone beeping ten rows behind you or walking on the sticky soda floors).
You will discover that the home has a huge kitchen with lots of room and all of the cooking essentials to create your own meals. There is a gas stove, double ovens and lots of counter space to chop, mix and stir. Not feeling very cooky? You have access to a private chef, Alexandros offering in-home cooked meals starting at just $130 for 8 people(phone number available upon request and on welcome instructions after booking). There are also a number of restaurant choices within just a few minute's short drive, too.
There is also a large dining room, family room and the aforementioned library and upstairs game room, with two large WFH desks to check your work emails(although we highly discourage such activities when on vacation). A blow up queen mattress is available for use in the upstairs game room if needed.
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just a short car ride away from Canyon Lake, Saguaro Lake, San Tan Mountains, Usery Mountains, Superstition Mountains and Salt River Tubing. There are tons of great hiking trails near by!
