Positive: The property was walking distance from the ocean! It was big enough to accommodate my whole family (parents, siblings and kids). Had extra foldable bed cushions to place on floor to have the kids sleep in the living room for a little family movie night. They also have beach stuff but didn’t use since we had brought our own wish they would’ve stated that on the details so we wouldn’t have to carry so many things! Kids loved the ping pong table and the spacious living room.!

Negative: One of the Beds was breaking couldn’t lean on it felt like it was going to fall apart. Some bed sheets had hair and debris. Very outdated, a lot of water damage, garage had a very foul smell had to air it out the whole time we were there to prevent the smell from going inside. There was a car parked in the very front before we got there and never moved the whole time we were there making it hard to park in the front of the house. Shower pressure was barely there! The first bathroom was very dark and small.
