The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to gather, enjoy and live their best life! The gorgeous blush and well stocked kitchen is perfect for group and individual meal prep. The huge kitchen island can seat 6 people comfortably!
Each bedroom is uniquely styled with a sense of fun and sexiness showcasing vibrant bold colors, fun patterns and neon signs! Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
As beautiful as the interior spaces at Blush are - it is the outdoor spaces that are the crowning glory. At every turn you’ll find another Wow-Moment. Completely walled and gated for privacy - the entire yard is surrounded by Ficus trees. Spectacular mountain views from the in ground pool, spa and outdoor living areas. You’ll find al fresco dining, a full bar area, a fire pit lounge, pool side cabanas, corn hole, swings and string lights that come on in the evening to create an entirely different vibe that can only be described as magical!
The pool heating is optional. The pool heating fee is $75/day. This fee will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival. The pool heating is for the entire stay.

**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:
1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).
4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants.
5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (8 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. An additional 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed per rental.
6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours (4 cars max)
7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
8. Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.
9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.
**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.
