I love the private steps to the home, the beautiful garden, gorgeous ocean views, large patio and front garden area, fence surrounding house for full privacy, sound proof dry wall with wool insulation. Beautifully decorated with an ocean breeze feeling, modern with 1 bedroom, 1 bath.
Enjoy your time away in a rural area. Abundant hiking areas surrounding the house, walking distance to Abalone Cove Beach, (20 min), Terranea Resort (about 30 min) and a few miles to Trumps golf course. Trader Joe’s and restaurants are right around the corner.
