•Upon entering the property you’ll be greeted with a foyer right out of a magazine. With cedar wood accents and carefully curated color schemes all throughout, this house will definitely be one you’ll write home about.
•The first floor bedroom is tucked away, and has a pull out memory foam mattress (guaranteed great sleep ), a smart TV, and its own full bathroom for ultimate privacy.
•The private den boasts a gas fireplace and is Art Deco themed, inspired by our very own Las Vegas art district. (Memory foam Queen air bed stored here)
•On the other side of this split floor plan, there is a 2nd fireplace , Smart TV, pool table , seating area and a dining room that seats 10 comfortably.
•The farm style kitchen provides additional seating and is stocked full of everything you’ll need to feel comfortably at home.
•Upstairs there are three bedrooms. All bedrooms have Smart LED TVs that feature apps like Netflix , Disney+, Prime etc … already set up and logged in for your peace of mind and comfort.
•The industrial style main suite- 300 sq ft of couples paradise. It has a private throne room (perfect for the shy girl). It also has a large tub that‘s perfect for two , and a shower.
