This spacious house has just been fully remodeled with a new kitchen, new flooring, new paint, and new furniture! Thoughtfully designed with the modern farmhouse look, it is the perfect home for large groups staying together. The location is in a safe and quiet neighborhood that is very convenient. It is closeby to the i-280 and only 10 minutes away from SFO airport and Pacifica Esplanade Beach. There are many options for restaurants and coffee as well!

While booking our home, please kindly have in mind that we have a strict policy about 2 nights minimum for each stay during the week and 3 nights minimum stay for bookings starting on Friday and Saturday.
Starting from 12/20/20 until 01/10/21 we require 5 nights minimum stay.
This is a beautiful property, that we take pride in, the property is in a quiet residential area, with sensitive neighbors, so please understand and respect them.
*No loud music or parties. Absolutely, no gathering outside past 10 PM - this is strictly enforced. The neighbors are sensitive and will not hesitate to call the police with the slightest disturbance. If the neighbors complain we will have to ask you to leave the property WITHOUT A REFUND.
Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit. Any undisclosed guest will be charged $25 dollars per night, for each additional guest.
By booking, you agree that there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay.
We do not allow any smoking inside our property. The smoking penalty is up to $1,000 or more for violation.
This is a very clean home, please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the home.
