The space
We are a family of 5 with three children ages 16, 14, 13. We are usually home in the evening and helping kids with homework, eating dinner, and then off to bed. We have two cats, but you are unlikely to see them, as they like to be upstairs a lot! The offered space includes the bedroom and bathroom downstairs, but not the living room/ kitchen area.

Access is for private bedroom and bathroom only, the living room and kitchen are not included.
Other things to note
Additional guest will be charged $20 per night, and is subject to approval from the host. There is a 12% bed tax and and $4.40 per night Tourism Business Improvement District Assessment added to the rate per the City of Goleta.
